Considering looking at buying some new shoes for the truck and wanted some opinions! Going to stick with 17s rim wise.

At the top of my list at the moment are Ridge Grapplers due to the reviews and I had a set of trail grapps on my old truck and loved them! I was browsing Facebook and came across an ad for Yokohama and saw these, they look like they were meant specifically for a pre-runner/outlander (Hints the name) style of vehicle and I love it. Curious if anyone out there has ran a set of Yokohama geolander M/T for a daily driver and how they felt about them!

If anyone else has a current recommendation on some aggressive/hybrid tire you are currently running, please feel free to show some pics and let me know how they are workin for ya!

Thanks all!

The Yokos look pretty good. I've had good luck with Nittos so I'd probably stick with them before I paid more $$ for the Yokos that I don't know much about. Another tire I'm considering next time around is the Cooper STT Pros. I know a couple people that have had good luck with them and they are about $50 cheaper each than the Nittos.

I just went from toyo mt to Mickey Thompson mtz p3. I am very impressed with the pavement traction the Mickey Thompson offer, they are also much quieter than the toyo

I also have the Mickey thompson MTZP3 in 35/12.50/17 load d. On the lighter side at 65 lbs, for an mt. They ride louder then the stock ko2s but not obnoxious. In my search I found the geo lander mt to be around 80 lb. I had the Nitto ridge grappler on my 17 powestroke, great tire very quiet and smooth riding. Pushed snow around Maine with them for a couple winters. Pretty much an A/T with sidewall tread. I looked at them for my Raptor but decided to go with the lighter more agressive MTZ.

Nice tire, how’s the ride comfort compared to stock?

I swear by my General Grabber x3s. Ive had multiple general products in the past with great results. I had the Cooper stt on my old super duty. They were decent, but chopped after about 25,000 miles.

Completely agree, curious if anyone has ran them on any of their vehicles and how they perform off road and on the pavement, if it’s anything comparable to the top picks I’d highly consider them.

Very good looking tire! I’ve heard good things about these as well. Think they look more aggressive than ridge grapps

Heard good things about the general as well. Like the red lettering too, brake away from white for once if you get bored with the black on black.
