Cleaning up shocks

Anyone have any recommendations on how to clean the shocks and make them look brand new? Unfortunately I’d like to do this with them still on the truck, but it’s a job I’m willing to take on. Any cleaners, chemicals or products you’d recommend?

Best stuff I have found is the Solution by Shine Supply. Can cut it or use it straight. spray them down then pressure wash them. Works great for mine.

I just put the Fox 3.0's on mine and the manual recommends waxing them every 6 months.
Good clean up and a wax would help reduce oxidation and look nicer.

Just bought some of this and it arrived today, hope it’s good stuff

+1 on applying wax. I like using Meguires gold.

Can confirm solution by shine supply is GOOD stuff. Sprayed it on my shocks and power washed, clean.

Absolutely. I sprayed it basically everywhere underneath without even scrubbing and power washed. Looks great.
