OP have you tried calling ADD?
Yes I've talked to them twice and they said they have over 4000 bumpers on Raptors and have had no issues. I tried to explain that to the dealership but they didn't care. I called another dealership and they said they would look at it so I guess I'll take it there. What's funny is when I bought mine in December the owner of the dealership just put his own personal raptor on the lot to sale and it had an add bumper on it as well. When I told the service manager that he said his was an 18 so something must be different on the 19. WTH

FYI, I have an ADD Pro bumper also, and if you leave the shutter motor unplugged completely, it will not throw any codes. Leaving the motor plugged in will eventually cause a fault. Trying unplugging your motor and clearing DTCs, run that for a while and see how it does.
Ok. Thanks! When I get back into town I'll try that.

First thing diagnostic trouble chart says is to remove any aftermarket devices to see if fault / issue goes away. If so aftermarket device is the most likely problem. Tech is just following directions.

That being said, sometimes it’s a good thing to be able to think outside the box. Take it to another dealer.

Sounds like you need a new dealer.

Back when I had a (stupid) loyalty to GM, my chevy dealer in town looked for any possible excuse to blame aftermarket parts (ie. CAI caused O2 Sensor to throw code) and get the truck out of the shop.

Some dealers are cool with aftermarket; some are not.
