CB Antenna Guidance

I just picked up a Cobra 29LX in a trade and have been trying to do some research on finding the best antenna for the unit. I'm looking to keep it four foot or under. Not much help on the internet, anyone that can weigh in?

The mounting option doesn't matter. I can do magnetic or bracket.

Most use vhf radios. Not cb’s
