Torque specs

I've looked at my torque spec sheet and I can't seem to find the correct number for these bolts, anyone know what it is?

Note the first paragraph instructions. From the 2014 service manual. Center bolt: 115 Nm / 85 ft lbs. Nuts: 70 Nm / 52 ft lbs.
