Haha, I laughed and clapped too...

Wonder if someone could figure out how to fire it off with the key fob panic button. ;)

I plan on doing mine how my father in law did his. With a switch inline to the stock horn. Hit the switch and the air horn honks with the stock horn and when the alarm goes off.

******** drivers here this morning confirmed this just went to the top of my list.

Is your hotspot constantly powered?
It is not, although it has never died on me. It's a cheap Motorola phone that I have set up.
Edit:. I may have misunderstood your question- the hotspot is setup (Tasker) so that if the truck is not in my garage, the phone's hotspot turns on and remains on even when the truck is off/parked. It is plugged into USB port in center console and charges when the truck is running. Primary use for hotspot is internet connection for dash camera while parked. WiFi switch is connected and horns are available for remote honk even while parked/off.

I apologize in advance, since I will likely be crucified here......

What is the fascination with sounding like a train in a pickup truck?

I can certainly understand how kids enjoy this but really?

Airhorns have been proven to make men's weeners appear larger, up to 1/8" according to the interwebs. That's why I always have them on my bikes, cars, and trucks. That, and it's fun to scare the crap out of ******** that drive like blind idiots.

@SlickMachine Are those horns pointed so the opening is facing the front of the truck? If so, has Kleinn mentioned anything regarding mud, other road debris getting in there and what the impact would be? Did you happen to post a straight on side view of all the hardware you added? I’m trying to get a better idea of how visible everything is.

Thanks for the post!

They are pointed toward the front, and are angled down about 20 degrees so water and debris doesn't sit in the trumpets. They also sit back and inboard enough where I don't think they are taking much from the front left wheel. Kleinn doesn't mention what the impact would be but they do recommend cleaning them out every so often, so I have to believe they are designed to take some junk in there.
As for where they sit:. All components and horns are above the bottom of the frame rails. You cannot see the horns by kneeling down and looking straight on at the running board because they are tucked up higher. The only place something is visible without laying down under the truck is the left rear wheel well where you can see the aft-most horn base at just the right angle (pictured).

It would be a cruel prank for the horn to go off while underneath the truck. You’d fill your pants. Hahaha
