Settings are more of a personal preference but with my 3.0's on my Gen1 with 500lbs of gear in the bed I like 9 turns for rebound, 1.5 turns short compression and 1 for long compression. On off-road runs I may take long compression to 0 as I carry even more weight in the rear. Currently my shocks are at 200PSI but I plan to go up to 220PSI soon.

I don't have QAB adjusters and my settings are based on those who use a QAB which means 1/2 turn is 1 turn.

Use a notepad or something (I use notes on my phone) to keep track of your settings so you can have an idea what you have done.

My Roush came with the 3.0's and if I don't keep the bypass adjustments all the way cranked in one shock sounds like someone hitting a tin roof with a ballpeen hammer when I hit bumps. I actually like it ridding firm so it's all good until I can make the 2 hour drive to a Roush dealer to get it looked at.
