Mine was expedited shipping and it was DHL

I’m new anybody know what tool I need to open the dash part to install the this radio I have 2019 with 802 a package
Or there is video?? I seen the video for installation already

4 days now, sine I canceled the 2nd order and requested a refund... haven't heard a peep from these guys. I may have to take this with paypal and my cc.

They were super responsive when I had questions before... now... nothing.

According to tracking, mine has been on a cargo plane full of rubber dog shit out of Hong Kong, for two days now.

Ordered Feb 22, just received notice it has been shipped as of today, Mar 18th. I did not choose expedited shipping, will report back when received.

Wish the tracking number would say what address it is going to.
