When you ordered your ADD bumper how long did it take to get it?

Its been 60 days since I paid. I was first told 3-4 weeks. That got pushed back two more weeks twice. Now I was just told wait another ten days. Are they just trying to string me along to get past 90 days so I cant do a charge back on my credit card?

Alot longer than they promised.

I ordered one many years ago. It took 8 weeks and when it finally arrived they left off the back up sensors. Ultimately ended up with @svc bumpers and couldn't be happier. 2 weeks for my front and the rear was in stock when I ordered.

They are a well known, stand up company, they aren't trying to push you to over 90 days so you cant dispute the charge. Im sure they are just busy and are behind. Pretty sure they manufacture their own bumpers, so they need to make it.

We got extremely busy with the launch of this new bumper & unfortunately the lead times have become much longer than anticipated. We ship several 100 bumpers per week, I can assure you we are not stretching this out on purpose. I show you are #2 in line to receive a PRO Bolt on for your Raptor. Should be shipping soon, just had delays on the PRO Bolt ons due to very high demand.

For my pro bolt on I was told 3 weeks and received it in less than 3! I was super impressed with the quality! Believe me the wait is worth it! How long is the wait time for the new rear bolt on?

I have been debating ordering a bumper from them. They are just down the road from my house. If there is anything I can do to help, let me know.

Didn’t know ADD came out with new one. What’s it look like?

ADD is well known on this forum for failing to deliver on time and bumpers arriving scratched or dented. My torment began with them flat out lying about shipping dates. Stating it shipped when it had not and sending me tracking numbers that were for other people's orders. In the end I was so disappointed I sold the rear bumper and wound up ordering much better built bumpers front and rear from Iron bull bumpers. At least ADD is consistent they still lie and deceive customers.
