Hi All,

Have just installed this screen in my 2014 Gen 1 and have 2 issues:
1. The outside temp is showing -40 and I am in Dubai (LOL)
2. Cannot get the cooled seats to function, heated work fine but are worse than useless here in Dubai.

Grateful for any pointers in sorting the above, cooled seats are a must have.......

I believe there's a video on their site about fixing the seats... I think I saw it while browsing... I'll see if I can find it.

Make sure you have the latest canbus and firmware updates installed via the videos linked a few pages back.

I live in the LA area and contacted Phoenix about them looking for a F150/Raptor with 4” screen and Sirius.

Guy I spoke to had broken english..... so I think I got what he was asking?

I think he was saying that if you have a 4” screen with Sync and not Sync 3 that Sirius isn’t working. They are looking for a truck to map out the issues with Sirius/Sync.

Can anyone with 4” screen, Sync (not Sync 3) and Sirius verify this?

I’m currently waiting on my order that I ordered 2/12.

I enjoy Sirius so don’t want to give that up. Unless it’s a simple update down the road.

Still no info/update from them on my order (2/11). I decided to go with it and keep the order... I think the benefits of the bigger screen will outweigh the negatives of some of the glitches... we'll see.

I emailed them again, last night... They promised it'll get shipped this week. It's Wednesday already... no update. They should ship it express for all of us that were promised "8-12 processing time and 1-2 weeks delivery" BS.

I ordered mine on Feb 10th and mine hasn't shipped yet...

I have been emailing them about shipping too - I ordered 2/11 and told them they should ship my unit express for the delay. They said 'ok'. Not sure if they will or not though...
