Question, once FMIC intercooler is installed, if I uninstall Cobb software for dealer visits, will truck still run fine?

Difference between stage 1 and stage 2 power?

It will vary with octane. You can find all the relevant information in the map notes: https://cobbtuning.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PRS/pages/725155894/Ford+Raptor+Map+Notes

Do you have any further power upgrades in development or is Stage2 the end of the Cobb roadmap for the Raptor?

Time will tell! ;)

Second million dollar question, is the intake doing anything or would the stock box flow enough?

The COBB Intake is optional. Check out the map notes for all the details on modification requirements for each map: https://cobbtuning.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PRS/pages/725155894/Ford+Raptor+Map+Notes

is there an upgrade price for those of us that bought the Stage 1+ package that just want the intercooler?

There is not. It would just be the cost of the intercooler individually. Sorry for the bad news.

Here's the thing; every turbo car I've owned has benefitted from a high flow (or none) cat. Not huge amounts of power but usually 20 - 30 HP or so over stock cats. I would be interested to know what OEM cats are on the raptor since, according to Cobb, they don't help to make any additional power. I have no reason NOT to believe them, just wondering.

There's a lot more to consider than just the catalyst material. The larger DPs do allow for a little less exhaust manifold pressure but it doesn't translate to any significant gains on the stock turbos.

so need to clarify before purchase the DP, i have BORLA ATTK WITH RESANATOR, is the DP compatible with it?
SVC cooler is already installed, it is ok to use STAGE 2 map?

The DPs are compatible with the stock cat-back exhaust. If your exhaust fits the stock DPs, it will fit these.

Fact, Cobb builds all the highest quality hard parts the “masses” want. All Cobb products are at the top in the aftermarket tuning industry, bar none.

They also will lay the FACTS out there for the real gearheads. For example, they tell you right up front that on the Ford Ecoboost series, you do NOT require the hard parts for max power on the STOCK turbos. If you’re really looking for maximum power from the 3.5 EB, you MUST enlarge the turbine housings because that is where the power is “restricted”.

Most, if not all, others will fill you with crap and “fake” dyno sheets to “help” you believe you need their hard parts because they make the “most” of whatever you want.

The Cobb FMIC will obviously allow you to make that peak tune power for a somewhat longer period of time than the stocker. If you’re racing dyno sheets then you really need it!

Amen to that my friend. I totally agree

We haven't tested any competitor intercoolers so I can't say for sure with 100% certainty but they will probably work just fine though.

Is the stage 2 map available to those who already have an aftermarket interoooler and AIRBOX mod? Or must you buy these items from COBB it order to have access to that map?
