Just replaced all four 2.5 shocks on my 2010 with 56k miles on it, mid perch. Technician said rest of the suspension was solid, however even after the new shocks were installed, truck still nose dives, still “floats” while driving and when turning if I hit a bump it jerks. Any ideas? Work was done at Ford, they are saying it’s impossible for brand new shocks to be bad. ‍♀️

And not impossible for new shocks to be bad, although BOTH fronts being bad is pretty unlikely. You sure they set them to mid perch? If not that would explain the nose dive, and to some extent the float feeling. Steering jerks could be worn tie rod ends or rack...

Sounds like you're driving a Ford Raptor man, they aren't a BMW M3. They steer slow, roll a lot, and bump steer like heck! Everything you describe, my truck does as well.

Are running the new BFG KO 2s?
Wheel alignment and balanced tires is key to stop floating.
Jerking/popping out in corners is going to happen but you can make it better.
Air down the tires, I run 38-40 in the front and 35 in the back.
You would need a Tune and Tuner device to set the limit on how far you can air down before the warning pops up.
I also recommend Deavers +2 rear springs and the Hellwig rear swaybar.

You may want check your rear brakes, if they are worn down to much all the stopping is done with the fronts causing it to nose dive.
