My Pixel 2 XL and Sync 3 lose intermittent connection for a second and then re-connects. It'll sometimes show on the Sync screen that the device is not supported before reconnecting. I thought it was a bad cable and purchased a new one, different brand, and still have the issue. Tried to see if Sync has an update and downloaded it to a thumb drive but it won't start the update. I'm assuming it's on the latest version. On the phone, everything is up to date. Used a duster spray can on the USB-C connector to see if there was any lint in there.

I went to Tahoe a few weeks ago and was using Waze through AA, and I had to reload Waze with the destination three times on a four-hour trip as it kept crashing. Not sure if it's my phone for something to do with Sync and AA.

I have a Pixel 3XL and would lose connection intermittently - usually when I would pick the phone up. Losing connection would kick me back out to the Sync screen and I'd have to unplug and replug to get AA back up and running. I changed my cable to an OEM cable I bought from the Google Store and everything works perfectly fine now. I'd try using a Google or other first party USB A-to-C cable first.

I'm having the same issue with my S9 as well. It doesn't do it every day just randomly, it's annoying

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

I'm having the same issue with S9 also. It drives me nuts. It even does it in the middle of night with the phone in the house chirping all hours. It was fine until a couple of months ago, now it connects and disconnects repeatedly. Sync says I have the latest version 3.0

Eh I used an iPhone 7 before switching over a year ago and have had Sync/Apple issues after an iPhone update so it's not that simple.

My iPhone 7 Plus with IOS updated to current works seamlessly on my ‘19. Sounds like a dealer warranty visit for you or Samsung visit.

I gave up on Android Auto. It seems to do its own thing. I connect to Spotify thru Bluetooth Media to my Samsung Note 8 which works fairly well when Sync is working correctly...

My s9 has connectivity issues as well. No fix from the dealer. Only way around it is to plus in usb and use android auto.
