Delete the app and download it again. I also had this problem starting a few months ago until someone on here recommended I reinstall. Once I did, the location service started working. Android.

My ‘17 has location on the app.

My late production 18 has tire psi on display and location in app.

Known bug on newest version of the app. Try logging out first; that fixed it for me. If that fails, then you can uninstall and reinstall.

BTW, 17s have location too.

Build date is 9/21/18. No shark fin antenna. I have metal oil pan and frozen lock fix”that doesn’t work”

MY 17 HAS LOCATION BUT NOTHING ELSE.

Thanks for checking! Mine is a 9/11/18 build, metal pan, but the psi doesn't read out on the FordPass app ver. 2.6.0. I also did the uninstall/install on my Android phone.

Curious...do you have a iPhone or Android?

Also what version of the Sync 3.** software & build number is loaded on your Raptor? (Settings/General/About Sync)
