Can you post which wire is positive and which wire is negative? Going to wire up my Valentine One this weekend. Also is yours a 802a with tech pkg? Thank you!

Green ground, black positive.

Although, someone may need to look closer -- I found that the black wire is switched along with the auto start on my 2019 (yes, 802a, tech package, blahblah).

Yeah, that one is using green for ground, black for hot... which is where I got the idea from to use those same ones. My V1 cycles on/off with the auto start/stop in that configuration.

I absolutely did not want mine cycling with auto start/stop, hence the wires I used.

So using the navy blue wire for ground won’t cycle with the start/stop?

Did you use the Green wire as ground or the Navy blue wire as ground?

But always verify with a meter
