R1 Concepts carbon geomet slotted rotors and Centric PosiQuiet ceramic pads

Removed the quick disconnect for the swaybar today for the first time to start feeling how it drives without one.

Fun times today. Had to replace cv boots on one axle. Not a hard job just goopy. Also installed Hawk ceramic pads. Im hoping for some better brake performance.

Made some (temporary) legroom to pull the console, big thanks to @The Car Stereo Company for the how-to video, got the rest of the cab floor done with Kilmat. Cleaned up what looked like an entire 32-ounce coke the previous owner dumped on the console and then encrusted with dirt, ******* nasty.

Having removed the steel guard to change the transfer case oil, it was in need of refreshing. The trucks previous home a couple of years ago was Iowa. The salted roads had taken a toll on the guards finish. The top of the guard had significant corrosion. Bead blasted both sides and applied a clear coat finish.

Installed my new (to me) Superwinch Talon 12.5 SR. Hardest part was the winch plate install... Had to notch one of the bumper brackets. Happy with the results.

Yessir... Had to figure out how to clock the motor to mount it on my winch plate. Now to get a new rope. Also had to order a flip-down license plate frame.
