Good morning everyone,

Just bought a salvaged titled 2014 SVT Raptor for a rebuild project. The Raptor has always been a dream truck of mine and I can't believe I finally got one. I chose this truck because I wanted the experience with fixing any future problems I may have as I will most likely stick with the Raptor as long as I can. I have already learned a ton from this truck and can't wait to get it on the road.

So far I have done the following:
1. Replaced airbags (both curtains, steering wheel, and driver seat airbag)
2. Reset the control module.
3. I've picked up a new hood, driver fender, grille, valance, and bumper but have not installed them yet.
4. New transmission oil cooler (not installed yet)
5. New driver wheel well liner
6. New air deflectors
7. New radiator fan assembly.
8. Removed old hood, grille, headlight, transmission oil cooler, and radiator assembly.

I have yet to:
1. Fix/swap out the frame.
2. Buy new headlights (HID)
3. Buy new radiator and condenser assembly.
4. Buy new skid plate.
5. Replace the driver seat belt (the belt was cut...)

I am new to these Raptors and if you have any words of advice or places to find these parts it would be greatly appreciated!

Holy hell--good luck with fixing that up. You have much more patience than I do...look forward to final completion.

Might as well go with a frame cut bumper at this point if it is in the budget!!!

Better late than never! Finished the truck at the beginning of the month. Was about a 3 month rebuild with whatever spare time I had. Still got a few tweaks to make but I have been driving it for about 2 weeks and I'm loving it!

How did you come out on total price not counting your labor vs buying a used one in good condition? You did a excellent job must be very satisfying.
