You call them? Get dispatch and tell them you orders a truck and are trying to track it. They’ll ask for last part of vin and should help out. Did you track rail car to there? Did it say unloaded or still arrived

I got y'all beat. Put a deposit down on a '19 on 2018-01-04 (yes, 2018). Ordered before the banks opened, was the first allocation for my dealership, still won't be built for another month, and I'm entirely expecting even more delays.

Should I hold out for a '20? lol

And I feel your pain on the crap process, sean1968. After getting frustrated by numerous delays and expressing as much to my dealership, their calls to the regional rep went unanswered for over two weeks. When they finally heard back, my order was moved up two weeks. But, shocker, my order was subsequently delayed three more times by 1.5 months.

I'm sure this process will go quite similarly to building my house: Absolute frustration, sh*t customer service, delay after delay with no communication, but after finally getting into the house I'm happy with it. I hope the truck is the same.
That is terrible, when there are already stories on here of several 19' for sale below MSRP and you are dealing with that. I hate rewarding that kind of behavior with a purchase.

Agreed. I have several issues with the process as a whole, but none more obvious than the abject lack of communication.

At this point, I understand and accept that my order is delayed because of the interior accent package. However, getting that information was extremely difficult and involved much more of my time than it should have.

Ideally, Ford/the dealership should have informed me my order would be delayed and gave me options on how to proceed. (Remove the accent package, choose a different trim, etc)

Ultimately, it sucks... But I'm also not going to do myself a disservice and choose a truck that isn't at the top of my list simply as a means of punishing Ford. I will be vocal with my feedback, and in the unlikely event they act on it, hopefully someone else won't go through the same pains in the future.

Yall are really demanding people. Just relax, geez

Iam just saving money while i wait so i dont have to pay so much interest. The wait is no big deal.

Maybe I feel that way as I have fun driving my Paid off, liability only insurance, 2 door 2016 GTI 6 speed Manual daily.(gonna keep her for the per mile deduction(got 5k worth in 2018)

The Raptor is just a weekender, so the wait is no biggie. Black Scab Recaros, gonna be sweet.
