Fordpass not pushing notifications to my phone and alarm proximity not working?

I have a 2018 Raptor 802a package with Fordpass installed on my Samsung Galaxy S9.
Today i decide to test my alarm by rolling down the window, locking the vehicle and waiting a few minutes for it to arm(my keyfob was in the house). I then waved my arm through the window all around and no alarm was triggered. Shouldn't my proximity sensors have triggered the alarm? I then grabbed the steering wheel and that set off the alarm but i never got a notification on my phone..
I opened up the Fordpass app and it said my alarm was triggered though. Is there anyway to get the alert pushed to my phone without having to open the app to see there is a notification?
I have notifications on my phone turned on for Fordpass and marked as urgent. Hopefully i'am just doing something wrong regarding the proximity sensors and push notifications?

If anyone is curious i ended up figuring it all out. I reinstalled the Fordpass app and now get push notifications to my phone when my alarm goes off. I think when the dealer set my app up he did not allow all permissions needed.. Also my proximity sensors worked fine today in day light setting the alarm off. Think it was too dark in my garage for it to see my hand ha

FordPass has been having issues.

Is FordPass showing your vehicle's location? Mine has been stating Unable to Locate for the last few months. I'm on Android.

I replied under my original post saying how i got it to work now.. Yes my vehicle is showing it's location currently on the app

Mine isn't showing location. It was until a couple of weeks ago.
