Given our successful history with them and our Ford Focus lineup, we did another co-op launch with them which allowed them to be the only ones who had stock of the Raptor line pre-launch.

Now, since the Raptor launch has been so wildly successful, we’re getting hit from all sides with requests from other Raptor parts retailers. We service direct orders as they come in.

In a few weeks time, you’ll see many other retailers having these parts in stock, too.

We look forward to carrying these come January.

Installed the 2FG last night and made a comparison video, since there are already a lot of driving examples out. I like it so far, it is significantly louder / deeper than stock and I can't wait for the break in period to be over so it smooths out. The install, on my garage floor sucked! Well, specifically, removing the factory exhaust. It seemed like some of the connections were welded together! Definitely follow AWE's instructions and soak the hell out of the nuts and connections well beforehand. Here is the link to a before and after comparison.

I attributed it to the temp drop (from 40 when I started to 29 when I finished). Then I noticed inside the garage, smoke coming out of the left pipe... Not sure what to make of that, other than the massive amount of liquid wrench I used...

100% normal on any car that received fresh components. Freshly manufactured pipes may have a wee bit of oil inside which gets burned off and goes away. Could also be the penetrate you used.

I switched over to the 2FG setup, the 1FG was just too loud for my taste. I will say without a doubt the 1FG sounds so much better at wide open throttle than the 2FG.

The 1FG was just too loud inside for me and others in my truck, so since it's free to downgrade I pulled off the resonators and went back to stock. I've had it on since last Wednesday and it's noticeably quieter inside.

At 65-80 mph on the highway it's pretty much as quiet as stock. Still has a drone in the 40ish mph range but it's not driving me crazy like the 1FG. It's still pretty loud just taking off around town and it is loud when you floor it.

I think it sounds terrible when just cruising in town taking off from stop lights in traffic making turns etc..
It just has a ricer sound to it at low speeds and low RPMs around town. I'll be returning it back to stock. I don't think I can get used to the ecoboost sound around town, I'd rather not hear it.

Here's a video of the 2FG cold start, partial throttle, and full throttle runs.
