What a joke ford is. This is my fourth ford truck in a row and about my 6th ford vehicle in a row in general. Was also about to buy a new bronco but I'm pretty sure this truck will be the last. Ford had my truck for 5 days last week to diagnose the 10 second crank before it starts ( low fuel pressure pump or cam phasers). No rental could be offered to me over those 5 days bc ford sucks whatever.Picked my truck up after 5 days with no answer and was told I would here back on monday. Never heard back on monday or tuesday or wednesday so I called to be informed they didn't know anything but would get back to me. They get back to me and want to keep my truck again at least 4 days and again give me no loaner. Call ford relations. Absolutely useless for one it is an india based service and the guy who wouldn't give me his name was just plain rude stating that no loaner could be had. This will be my last ford. I thought the 36 miles 36 month warranty was a joke at first but why even have one if you cna't get work done or a loaner to get the hell out of the ****** dealer to go to work to pay for it.

Pretty much all domestic car companies suck when it comes to customer relations. With ford you need to buy an ESP if you want a loaner. I owned two Lexus vehicles a few years ago (not at the same time) and they would give me a loaner even for taking it in for an oil change. No ESP and even with the warranty well past expired. Both of those vehicles were cheaper than my Raptor. Yes, the oil changes weren't on the cheap side but I was willing to pay for the peace of mind that the work would be backed by Toyota/Lexus and the convenience of dropping my car off and driving off in one of theirs for the day.

I do not think Ford has ever offered a "free" loaner program, so I have never expected to get one. The 3/36 warranty is simply to fix what is wrong. After buying 6 Ford vehicles, I am surprised this is the first time you realized it.

My wife's Cadillac, which costs much less than my Raptor, gives her a free loaner every time she stops in. They just recently asked her to make reservations ahead of time for a loaner car, but it is always a brand new car with similar features to her own.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday, she get a brand new 2019 XT4 as a 5-day loaner from the dealership. This was not a car they had as a loaner, but she talked to the GM and he pulled one off of the lot for her to "test drive" while her XT5 was getting serviced. They have excellent service and we have never even bought a car from them.

My local dealership does loaners and I did not even buy my car/truck from them. And don't listen to #mamula. He does not even own a Raptor but brags about how much he will save when he gets one.

My wife always gets free loaners at the BMW dealership. Of course an oil change also costs $200, so is it really free?

If a loaner was this important to you, you should have bought Ford's extended warranty that includes loaners. Without that, you are getting pissed off about something you were never entitled to.

Its not about entitlement more so as customer service for a vehicle of this caliber. Ford should be lucky to have us ********* spending 75k on a truck not us begging for a 10 day 20 mile warranty and hoping for that 97 f150 in the back as a loaner
