GEN 2 2019 Raptor Order Advice - issues?

Hello!
I am looking for some opinions from folks that are fluent with the order process for Ford vehicles. I am becoming concerned that an order I placed is having issues and the dealer isn't admitting to them.
I ordered a 2019 Raptor back in mid to end of August 2018 and as of yet, I have no VIN, and the "order hasn't been accepted by Ford" per the dealer.
Based on the fact that there are many posts out there with folks that have received their ordered 2019's - does this seem odd (three months ordered, and not even accepted by Ford yet)?

Your dealer probably hasn’t been given an allocation yet.

Do you have a dealer code and order number? I ordered on 9/15 and my order shows up as unscheduled clean which means Ford Performance can see my order but it has not been scheduled yet. I’ve been told by my dealer that I should get scheduled soon but I am looking at a January production date so likely February delivery.

In the same boat. Ordered around the same time as you and still dont have a Vin and is unscheduled.
