Upgrading to Nav

Found a great Raptor but it has this horrible dash with no touchscreen. What options do I have and cost? Who makes a bezel that retains the climate controls?

I was quoted about$700 from a local stereo shop to swap over factory nav into my super duty with Ford parts. Cheaper for aftermarket. I've also seen iPad install videos online, if you're one of those Apple people...

Wow thats not bad. Id rather go aftermarket but having trouble finding a bezel to retain some of the stock controls. Scosche only makes a 2013-2014 bezel and its $400

Had same factory style center stack.
Replacement Hydro dipped center trim panel was $60 from metra.
$400 is nuts.
Kenwood ddx9905s installed. Apple play works perfectly
