I had the SD version on my F-250 and it was great. Kept everything secure and (mostly) dry. What it doesn't do is fill in the gaps between the floor and the sides, nor around the tailgate, so dust gets in there pretty easy, and in heavy rain you'll get a little moisture in there as well. I bought a tailgate seal from Cabela's that helped a bit.

Really like mine. I have an HD on my Tundra and an SE on my raptor. Was going to get HD on the raptor but I bought one from a buddy who was selling his f150. I added the extra cleats. It’s lighter and thinner but the panels are shorter than on my tundras HD. Pretty solid. I stand on mine a lot. I won’t have a truck without one.
