i have a real interest in the shocks. i have a 2011 screw with 100xxx miles and the stock shocks were rebuilt at 70xxx. so i need shocks....i was just looking into purchasing geiser springs up front to gain back a little height after i took out the leveling kit the owner before me had put in. i just need to do some research about the geiser spring and second gen shocks on a first gen. from your post it sounds like i need to retain first gen spring to fit second gen shocks on my 2011...? if i still go geiser route i would still need to order gen one springs

i should ask are the shocks even still for sale. ...

From everything I understand about gen 2 shocks on a gen 1 is you need to retain the factory gen springs. So to me that seems like you would need to buy the gen 1 geiser springs and not the gen 2.

Thank you for confirming guys....long story short, im trying to regain a little height up front/stiffen up the ride with geiser springs and also need new or rebuilt shocks. i recently removed the leveling kit the previous owner installed and ave had to rebuild or replace most of the front end.....these second gens being the 3.0 should be the ticket to allow me to achieve this without throwing the geometry out of wack again...how does a fella send a Pm on this updated form?!?

apologies for the delay with my response. its a hell of a deal but Im unable to swing it at moment. i have to move forward with finding a set of stock rims and tires with winter knocking on my door here in MN. if something changes id love to take them of your hands. but Im sure they will go soon.

Only willing to separate if I have a buyer for the front coil overs.
