Head to any reputable, big name dealership in your area. Check out the condition of their used inventory, paying particular attention to signs of spot repairs on the wheels, bumpers, interior, and leading edge of the hood. If you see obvious signs of repairs (deep sanding marks, color mismatch, etc), or unrepaired damage, go elsewhere. If everything looks clean on most cars, with no obvious repairs, they probably care about quality and therefore use vendors that do quality work. Once you find such a dealership, ask them for contact info for their interior guy.
There are plenty of companies out there that do nothing but recondition and repair damage to automotive interiors, and the trick to getting good work at a good price is to find those good mobile guys (or gals). There can be a HUGE difference in the quality of work from one vendor to the next. I call it the GAS (Give A S***) factor. The suggestion above should help you avoid the crooks, and instead find a someone with plenty of GAS.
P.S. - This tip also applies to finding good people for Paintless Dent Repair, Wheel Repair, Windshield chip repair or replacement, bumper and minor body damage repair, and headlight restoration. Just try to check out examples of their work as best as you can, before hiring them. One last tip for wheel repair... if they are doing the job with the wheels still mounted to the car, just run away, and run away fast.
