We had a decent time in salt lake City, did a trolley tour and ghost tour. We went and checked out snowbird ski resort. Tons of mormon stuff to check out even though we're not Mormon. Went and checked out the salt lake. Hell were planning on taking the kids next time we go up there.

If you guys need a place to stay I have a rental in Midway, just out side of Park City. I can't advertise on Airbnb because my jerk neighbor. If you guys need a place let me know. PM me.

Park City is my favorite place... tons to do!

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

I live in Park City, UT and would recommend not staying in Tooele. There is absolutely nothing to do out there.

Either stay in Salt Lake City which has lots of options for food, lodging, and entertainment or come up to Park City, UT if you don't mind a little further drive (50 minutes to the track). If you need some recommendations in the Park City area, let me know. Happy to help.

Just got back from Raptor Assualt yesterday...great time!

Did stay at Waldorf Astoria in Park City...would recommend it/staying in PC to anyone interested in staying a bit longer/doing more than just Assault. The drive over from PC was just under an hour, and has some nice scenery, especially as you go by the lake. Had some great food in PC, but the best overall experience was Sunday brunch at the Stein Erickson lodge...wow. Weather was perfect, sat outside, great food/drink. Not cheap, but worth it.

I'm not an easy grader, and it was memorable. The weather change was perfect...68 degrees on that back deck at brunch, light breeze. Like a limp ****...hard to beat.

What a great spot PC is...I hadn't been in 15 years or so...a lot stuff built since then and a lot more coming out of the ground. You are lucky to be there full time.

We had dinner at Powder at the Waldorf the 1st night, then ate at Handle and Chumayo the other nights. Was expecting a little more from Handle, but it was still very good. Powder was very good, and Chumayo was better than I expected.

Now I need to get in shape and come back and ski again!

p.s. One of the owners of Powder Mountain in Eden was in my Assault class...nice guy, obviously done very well.
