Driver Side Mirror Problems

I’m having an issue with my driver side mirror. It will adjust up and down but not left and right. When I switch to the passenger side the switch does work and adjust the mirror both vertically and horizontally. When I press on the mirror top and bottom it feels in tact and will make a click if pressed hard enough. If I press the left or right side of the mirror it will move freely and not make any clicking from the gears. I can hear the motor spinning freely when I adjust left or right.
Do I need an entire replacement mirror or can this be fixed/clipped back in?

Any ideas?

If it’s under warranty I wouldn’t mess with it or they will say you broke it.
