As a rule , I do not buy extended warranty’s....I have a 2018 Raptor and drive @ 15,000 miles year...plan to keep 4-5 years so I have been pricing the ESP (Flood Ford) over the past year...Noticed this month , they are offering and charging extra for Bulb ($105) and Key coverage.($80) ...Was this always the case?
Cheers

They key isn’t worth it since they aren’t very expensive and can be self-programmed. The light bulb is tempting since oem LEDs can be expensive.

It's been an option with the Ford ESP. You can choose with or without light bulb coverage, key coverage, zero deductible, $50 deductible, $100 deductible along with term and mileage. Each option just affects the total cost of the warranty.

I'm getting a handle on my exact miles then I am buying an ESP as well. The LED lighting coverage is pretty reasonable considering I just spent $600 for a tail light on my 2013 Boss 302. You can bet your ass I will be adding this coverage for the Raptor.
