Radio reception poor - maybe after body work?

I had an incident w/ my truck - had to go to the body shop for some attention. They pulled the front right fender off where my antenna is mounted. After getting the truck back last week, I've been noticing that I can't scan any radio stations, but I can tune into a few by directly inputing the freq. I"m wondering if they disconnect my antenna? I can sort of feel a cable going into the bottom of the antenna if I reach in from the hood but there's not alot of space and I'm not really sure what I'm feeling beyond that.

Any ideas as to how to proceed in troubleshooting here?
