Anyone done this? I've searched and come up with nothing.

I know Baja Designs had their mount they will not sell without their onX6 10" Bar, but the Rigid Pro lights are over 4000 more Lumens, and to be honest I have not been impressed with my Baja Design Squadron Lights thus far so replacing one set of those with Dually D2 Pros...which I run all Rigid on my 14 Raptor and it's no contest on which truck puts out more light down the road.

So any help with mounting this 10" E-Series Pro down in that middle Grille section would be much appreciated. I relocated my intercooler with a Full Race unit, so ready to rock on this project now.

Wow, I am shocked no one has done this. Ok, well if I figure it out, I will post back here for anyone who wants to do this in the future.

I bought a 18" LED bar off amazon, and tucked it in the lower grille opening use zip ties...will try and grab a pic...pretty much hidden until its on, and doesnt impact airflow.

Thanks Nick. Let me know what you find. Is this the Bar? 10,000+ Lumens is = to the 10" Baja Design light so not bad at all...I went w/the Rigid Pro b/c it's over 15,000 Lumens in the 10" config, but an 18" Bar would be MINT.

Nope it was the one below. I realize many folks will not run these inferior type of lights over BD ones and while I'd love to run those they are overkill for me. I dont do any major offroading to warrant them (although I should right), but I live our more in the country so being able to flick them on and not blind everyone was the goal and for that it serves the purpose.

I also went with a slimmer version so the output isnt as strong as a double row, but I wanted to avoid impeding airflow as much as possible. Again, not for everyone but works great for me.

Put up a pic if you can of how you mounted. Yeah, nothing is for everyone. I'm in MA, but we drive to Northern NH 2-4 weekends per month...and we use the lights for safety/moose/bear/deer, etc.

Not impressed with Baja Designs. Which Squadrons did you have? Probably the sports i'm guessing. Baja Designs are friggin awesome. We stock most of their lights in our own warehouse and anytime we bring customers in and show them the lights on our tabletop demo system, they are blown away by how compact the lights are and powerful. So i'd be curious why you didn't have great results.

With that said. I actually run a 20" E-Series on my own demo truck (for the sole reason that my bumper was built to hold that specific bar AND it's an orange rigid bar [rigids "ambers" are actually orange which matched the 3 amber lights in the grille).

You can get a 10" bar mounted but you'll just need to make some custom brackets is all. A few L brackets outta do the job.

Yep, I have my 14 Raptor that has all Rigid, as did my 2010 Titan Pro4X and both blow away my 17 with Baja Design and a 40" Putco on the lower part of the top Grill.

Squadron PROs...x 2....Not SPorts. Adjusted 9 million different ways too...

I have documented the Rigid Ambers 100% matching (My 14 has a set of Amber Duallys that are on all the time and look great/complement the Raptor running lights perfectly. I also tinted the Baja Design Sports (little rectangular lights) about 10 times with Amber to get them to almost not look yellow/hideous against all the Raptor Orange.

Yes, Ford porked us all with shortening the width of the bottom lower grill for some inexplicable reason so a 20" E Series would not fit there.

But I fabbed up some brackets from Aluminum stock and my 10" E-Series Pro is all set and fills in everything perfect now...Finally happy. Will Replace both BD Squadron Pros with Dually D2 Pros...the Pro line is nuts.
