And whats worts drivers bottom corner is catching hinge
Did any one had an issue like that. Or am i the first one with this problem. (I have experience in all kind of problems with my ex F150 2015. First one to have front diff and hubs and all littel stuff replaced. Back in 2014)

I noticed my passenger side does sit flush when closed like drives side does. Has to be a simple adjustment I just have not messed with it yet.

1Kazzam1,
Check that the hinge bracket on the drivers side of the bed is bolted down tight.... I'd bring it back to the dealer to get the corner of the tailgate repainted. Doors open OK? any evidence of frame damage?
Be thorough!

my 17 had the same issue. Even the driver door alignment sucks. Just poor assembly craftsmanship unfortunately

Just noticed mine was off yesterday. Went through old pictures (even day 1) and it seems while the passenger side was bad to begin with, I think it has gotten even worse. Do I have to loosen the bottom hinge on both side and adjust, or just mess with the rubber striker?

Ford Performance has seem to have let QC go to the *******. SVT did a much better job. I have found all sorts of rubber bands and panel clips in odd places on my gen2.
