Pre-Runner Trade Worth it?

Im looking at buying a loaded pre-running type Gen1, but want to sell off a good portion of the add-ons so it more drivable day to day and its already way over my budget. The details are below and underlined are the parts i would want to sell off / trade for stock parts. My goal is 10k in return. is this doable? Would anyone buy these parts for a total of 10k?

As a general rule I don't take on other peoples projects, but this one seems pretty sorted.

But looks like you will almost immediately have to drop about 2k on new tires, and probably an alignment if those spares are any indication.

Either the dealer is lazy about taking down decorations or this thing has been sitting there since before Christmas.

$35k for an 8 year old truck that's been heavily modified would be a no-go for me.

Pretty sure your going to have a hard time netting 10k selling those items and putting it back to stock.

Skid plate looks bent as well,

Ok so my best options are a 2010 5.4l (non supercrew) with 81k for $25k or a 2011 loaded to the T with 144k very well maintained and documented for $23k

i have a 25k budget

recomendations?
