No you would have to lift the truck up and put on spring compressors.
I don't know why anyone would buy fixed over adjustable.
Our truck has the RPG Adjustable Collars installed and set at 2.5" tall.

I had the 1.5" RPG and now have the 2.5" Geiser Bro front springs with Camburg UCAs my front def sits higher that the rear now by a good 1/2 - 3/4"
