I have the dual 40" behind the grill light bars and can tell you they are quality. Very well built and very bright. I also like the fact that they look very nice and integrated, as well as understated, being behind the grill. That is, until you turn them on.

msb Baja Designs makes a kit with a 10" OnX6 in the lower bumper so definitely a 10" Bar fits. ZROADZ also makes a 10" bar kit as well for that lower bumper.

I'd say no more then 10" but you could probably get something slightly longer, but the light bar might get blocked.
