Good morning Forum.
new to this site and to the Raptor. Needless to say love the truck BUT have been very disappointed with water leak issue. the truck has less than 100 miles and yesterday after hard rain I found standing water on under neath the brake pedal. TODAY I placed the hose on top of the car and recreated the scene to find that there is a leak coming from either the Windshield and/or sunroof panel and it leaks from the inside the A pillar Handle. here are a couple of PICS . ANYONE had issues like this and if so what was the solution? I already contacted my dealer and look to take vehicle in this week. thank you!

Thank you. Will have to see once it goes into the dealer. If that is the case how diff would it be to fix it?

You probably could remove the visor and a-pillar trim piece and take a look. Do your water test again and get a better look. I'd do that before leaving it to the apprentice at your dealer. Water leaks take a long time to diagnose sometimes..

Welcome to FRF and congrats on the Raptor.

Sorry to hear about the leak. There were a few posts before of a pinched or disconnected sunroof drain that led to leaks.

My previous vehicle to the Raptor had a sunroof leak that pooled water in the roofline that led to other electrical issues. I would highly suggest that you have the dealer make the repair under warranty so that’s it’s documented in the Ford system in case it leads to other issues.

The good thing is that your able to duplicate the leak, which should make the repair straightforward.

Totally agree. I was concerned I wouldn’t have been able to replicate but now that I did it will make it easier to diagnose and be properly addressed. Thank you.

My old f150 had a bad seal around the 3rd break light. Took the dealer all of 20 minutes to find.

Mine did same thing. Hose for sun roof was bent and also the roof has a pin hole where they seal the roof together. Easy fix. But still annoying.
