That price is probably in the ballpark for clean retail considering the mileage, but personally I would have a tough time spending almost $40k on a stock truck that's 6 model years old. I say spend a few thousand more and get a '13/'14 with similar miles.
13-14 had My Ford Touch, Hids, cooled seats, slightly beefed up rear frame section, torsen front diff, and different wheels. I believe those were the only differences.
