If they are all built the same why doesn't ford just list California emissions on every window sticker? It's a free option. Makes no sense to me.

Valid point . . . Not sure what the actual difference is between a car with and without the emissions option. Hopefully someone can provide some insight.

Yeah i know about the gas cans--the new design sucks and makes it difficult to pour.

I didnt think the gas caps on vehicles are specific to CA.

Baja Fred - Can you provide a link to the thread you're mentioning? I have yet to see one that shows pictures of both stickers. I've only seen the Non-CA stickers posted. Thanks for your help.

Not trying to beat a dead horse here, just trying to get answers.

Start at post 22 for the 1st, and you'll see the other sticker on the following pages plus in other threads

If you want to make this thread complete, add the pictures here so the confusion can end

I'm gonna swing by and take a look at a CA one from the dealer and get pics, but from everything I am seeing and hearing, it looks like they all should be good to register, regardless of having the CA emission show up in ETIS or on the sticker.

What is the final verdict on the CA emissions? Anyone get it figured out yet? Can we order from any state and get these trucks imported in to ****** Fornia?

From my research every 2017 Raptor has the same emissions sticker under the hood, with the CA verbage. That should be all you need to register and smog the car here in CA - This leaves me confused as to what the CA emissions option is when ordering. There have been a couple of guys that bought their trucks out of CA in a non CARB state and their trucks had the right underhood sticker and they were able to register them with zero issue.
