my truck does this when its raining or I drive through a puddle. I get the wrench and cel with a loss of power

Interesting, it was snowing the first time this happened to me and it was raining today when it started again with the new parts.

So what year is your truck and how many miles?

Anyhow, it's my experience, it only gets worse despite the weather.

mines a 14 with 79k on the odometer. it started happening about 6 months ago. got other problems to deal with right now so I can't get it checked out again. 1 dealer said it was some tsb for fuse 27 that caused a fuel pump issue, but it didn't solve it.

It seems like these things start having issues around 80k.

Ford called, I couldn't make heads or tails about what was said....something they forgot to do when they was installing the new Mechatronics Unit. I'm starting to loose hope in my local dealership.

Picked up my Raptor this morning. I went ahead and had them replace the MAF. I'm sure it's dirty and although I could clean it, it still has 91k on it.

Anyhow, I've only had it a day but I haven't noticed any issues. The last time I got a wrench light before I even got home. So i'm optimistic. I got it out on the highway and laid into it as well getting up to the shutdown point around 99mph. It runs good and sounds healthy. I'll give it a few weeks before I sign off on it being fixed.

Check your air filter/intake. Every time I have seen the wrench light on a truck its been due to a intake issue (fully or snow/ice/mud/water, fallen off, etc).
Sounds like the lead plate in the Trans could be at fault since the tr sensor and oss sensor are integrated in the plate, the tr could cause a neutralization, the oss could cause take off in 5th gear and harsh downshifting.look for code p0722
