Custom cnc machined center caps for method wheels

Before ordering the caps, I contacted Method Wheels, Told them about the caps being 30.5mm I was wanting. They told me an engineer was at the Sema show for the week and to call em back the following week. When I called back the answering person told me to hang on, I could hear the background Q&A (supposedly the engineer) telling him that all the wheels are 30.5mm...He (answering rep) gets back on the line with me and restated, they are 30.5mm...Wish I had a recording!! They obviously meant 35.0 for Standard Wheels...

I had a PM discussion with Vince before ordering. He told me to make sure of the measurements on the D-Standard Wheel. I told him what Method told me and his response was "that's News to me"...I should've known that a RED flag was being raised!

I'm thinking about checking with a local machine shop asking them if it would be possible to make a Disc that could be affixed/attached to the cap bringing it up to Flush with the wheel face??
