New tires often take a bit,to "brake" in. Anywhere from 100 to 300 miles. The mold release agent it the problem. What did you run before on your truck, stk bfgs?

First rain in our area in months and the road was greasy... lots of slipping at 41 PSI with the dry tires hitting the wet road. Once the tires got wet and the roads had been wet for a while no slipping at all...

Had General Red Letter Race tires on it when I got it. Replaced w bfgs before TRR16.
