Not here to argue with you, but I do have the right to defend our company. After all, we are a PAYING supporting vendor on this site.



You were here before ADD knew what a Raptor was.... not sure how you came to that conclusion, or why that would even matter?



ADD posting info/pics about the Gen 2 Raptor in the Gen 2 raptor forum section makes us a POS company? Again, dont understand your logic. This is a Raptor forum for both Gens. A large majority of the members here want information/specs on the Gen2. We show pictures & give info, and we are the bad guys. Most are appreciative but a few members like yourself take it as arrogance. I simply dont get that. Are we all not offroad & raptor enthusiasts? Find a thread where we have bad mouthed the competition or thrown someone under the bus. We respect everyone in this industry that we love so much. Again, I dont want to argue with you, but I stand behind the decisions & moves our company has made.

1. Rusty bumpers
2. Order front/rear bumper, wait 8 weeks. Delivered with wrong finish, instead of expediting issue, makes customer wait another 10 weeks for replacement meanwhile keeping customer money from 18 weeks ago.

Yeah I can stand behind that.....

I would suggest not asking for examples, you might get what you don't want. I only posted it because you asked.

You know there is an ignore feature here right? It works great unless someone quotes someone on your ignore list, then you see it in the quote, otherwise it works quite well.

You know, I was looking for that feature! I'm glad to know it exists here. I've quite the list compiled.

I asked for where we have bad mouthed the competition or thrown someone under the bus. But anyways...

Rust has been an issue in the past, we have changed several design flaws on our bumpers that made them hard to powder coat tight areas. We have very very few rust problems now a days.

Yes our lead time has not been ideal & we continue to try & improve that. We have moved into a larger facility & hope that will help with lead times in the future. We are obviously doing something right if we have enough orders to be on back order.

But at the end of the day, we arent going to change your mind about us. Im simply telling you the facts.
