I like the new truck a lot but man, that was thoroughly disappointing when he started it up exhaust wise. They could have at least given it proper blow off valves so you would have that sweet music but doesn't sound like it.

To date on the EB engines they have recycle valves that dump back into the intake. You can make them vent to atmosphere (VTA) and mimic a BOV but some claim you loose a tad in performance. I guess you could tune around that.

No. This was taken at SEMA 2015 and it is "concept" twin turbo 5.0 for the Cobra Jet from Ford Racing. The production 2016 Cobra Jet was still released supercharged. The only "rumor" concerning turbos and v8s from what I can hear is a twin turbo 2018 Shelby GT500.
