I would try somewhere else. I was offered 75K to trade my 2019 in with 30k miles but decided to sell it privately instead.

My 19 started doing this after the first year. Finally took it into the dealer for something else and they offered to replace the steering wheel for me because of the stripe.

Have you seen much improvement on 91? I know that the results are great with the 93 tune, but best I can do in NorCal is 91 or e85 (sometimes). I have been considering a tune, but dont know how much more power I will see on 91.
