Markups on the R will go away, if Ford increases production and keeps the truck coming for the next 2-3 model years. With the current interest rates, the 110k price point isn't for everyone.

Dealer orders have been popping up at the Ford.com Inventory and other pages like Autotrader.com. I called a few dealers across some states to see that the real prices are at the moment. Those R listings are either sold customer orders or they ask for 40-50k over. For me that is too much money...

This would make sense, but now Ford sends these "keep waiting" mails to the 2022 order holders that do not yet have a VIN. To me, that latest Ford mail implies that they are still working on getting some more 2022 orders scheduled and built.

So, anyone with an 22 order and not having a VIN as of today will not get scheduled anymore? I don't understand what "Order due" means :)

Yes, I also got that email. However my dealer contacted me this week saying that my order will not get built.. Does this email mean anything? Is there supposed to be an allocation associated with the order?

Good to hear that people are still getting production slots for 22s :) I also got that "update on your order" email.. my order is from October 2021 and the dealer just said it doesn't look like it'S getting picked up by Ford. This process is a mess.

I did receive that email from Ford on my order as-well. But unless you do not yet have your VIN, you're not scheduled for production as of now.. :/ Last year, orders did not get rolled over to the new model year automatically. I guess the dealer needs to reorder as 2023, which is sth that Ford...
