Check the front differential pinion bearing. I had all the same issues in this thread and the issue was resolved when the front differential was rebuilt.

Not this issue specifically but the front differential pinion failure truck is mine. It didn’t grenade but failed with 14k miles. The issue started way before 14k. Truck is a EB 23 model.

I have this same vibration issue in my 23 truck. It has been diagnosed at a front pinion bearing failure requiring a full rebuild of the front differential. I also have what I consider excessive play in the front driveshaft at the transfer case and the input seal on the transfer case is leaking.
It’s nice to have a dealership with knowledgeable techs. The first dealer I worked with was a joke. Just found out what the source of the vibration is. The pinion bearing on the front differential has failed. Not sure of the cause of the failure but that’s the source. A full rebuild is needed...
The springs have been on the truck for almost 11k miles. Installation was done at a reputable off road shop here in DFW. Alignment was done at the dealer after the installation. Really don’t think the springs have anything to do with the issue.
The tires have been moved around. All the tires have been road force balanced. The spare was even swapped for a suspect problem tire. Rear springs are now factory springs. The vibration is still present. As the vehicle speed increases the vibration increases in frequency but does not increase...
