    Tailgate step - won't open

My 19 Raptor tailgate step will not come out for use. It's stuck. I have the Ford protect Premium care, paid $3190 (stupid, I know). Ford dealer saying it isn't covered but nowhere in the documentation can I find an applicable reason to deny it. Nor can the 1-800 folks explain it. They don't...

Air Lift rear kit installed for towing

Here the rear-end is at full drop, then shown with the truck sitting on the rear-end after it was put back on the ground at ride height. After this change the truck feels much better and more balanced. I think the internal jounce bumpers on the original bags were limiting travel. Obviously when...

Air Lift rear kit installed for towing

Alright folks, it's been a while since I installed the kit. First I'll answer a couple questions then I'll give my impressions then I'll tell you about some changes I made. You must keep the lower bracket when installing the Daystar cradles. The bags need a place to sit and that's where you...

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORRIED ABOUT DOING MODS

I think it's cool. It'll be one of a kind for sure. Also, don't understand why people get so wound up over this kind of stuff.

I think he should do it again but point it at the tree

CRP stage 4 build (lower than expected power levels)

I don't think so either just from the physical size of that boosted engine. Methanol is relatively inexpensive to add in the grand scheme of what you've already invested. I think it could only then be able to compete with a stock TRX. Once the mods start hitting those trucks, forget about it

CRP stage 4 build (lower than expected power levels)

I've been down this road in the turbo Buick world. Knee jerk thoughts are that fuel is limiting your ability to see what the hard parts can really do. I can honestly say that methanol injection was the single best mod I ever made to my car. 27psi boost on a 72mm turbo, Champion aluminum heads...

Air Lift rear kit installed for towing

The compression is slightly limited and the bags stay at 5psi. They can't be adjusted any lower. I have haven't installed the cradles though. Coming soon

Gen2 dropped my call to IRS after 1 hour hold!!

I called in to the IRS to check a balance. While still on hold I hopped in the truck to drop a deposit at the bank and run right back to the office. As I was pulling to the driveway the IRS agent came on the line and introduced herself. (the call was on bluetooth through my truck) As I began...

Air Lift rear kit installed for towing

Update on the app: I finally got it to connect through Bluetooth to the pump controller. Took a really long time and many tries and lots of frustration. Now it connects when I switch on the app, then switch on my Aux1. Pretty sweet! You can barely tell the bags are in there, however you do feel...

Air Lift rear kit installed for towing

In these photos you can see how I hid the lines. Driver side goes above the frame and comes around to the passenger side. I was able to completely run the passenger side air line through the frame. You can see it in the hole in the frame. Air intake is tucked up into the passenger side rear...
