This is on an iPhone 12 and had the same issue with previous iPhone 10, all software is up-to-date. There are definitely “dead spots”. On Verizon…will pay attention next time to see if it is switching between 5g or other coverage in the area.
Just a follow up…has anyone taken their Gen 3 into the dealership for any updates?
Doesn’t make sense, but there are a couple spots around my area where the CarPlay always turns off and/or switches over to the radio..always the same spot. Not sure how/of cellular service could affect...
Have you thought about sending a letter and all the details to Ford?? I would address it to the guys/gals at the top and ask if they plan on regulating their dealers at any point in time? Worth a shot…

Doesn’t matter…Tesla has figured out how to source chips better than the other guys and/or have changed design and software to adept…everyone else is at the mercy of China.

I think carbon fiber looks good, IF done right and has its place…in a Porsche, Ferrari, etc.
American car manufacturers do not know how to use it and typically use low quality carbon material with poor finish quality. Definitely NOT worth the cost in this application of a Gen 3...
I'm calling B.S. on the supply chain "chip" issues...I believe a lot of this is manufactured to inflate pricing and create supply/demand shortages on purpose.
I recently made a drive from Southern California up to San Jose...counted at least 8 maybe 10 truck loads of Tesla's in transit heading...
Sport Mode + Baja Exhaust …. I find myself driving long miles just to find a bridge, overpass or tunnel so I can rev the exhaust. It’s childish and immature, but put’s a smile on my face every time!!!
