Nope, wheels were great. Actually decided to get rid of the Raptor, pretty much got a lemon so I traded it in and got 7k over what I paid for something different. Loved the Raptor but gonna wait a couple of years to look at another one I think.

Turns out it was just a loose sensor for anyone with similar issues

Just FYI, I had the dealership fix my tailgate (loud plastic snapping noise) and they said it was the tailgate torsion bar slipping out of place which was a simple fix with repositioning and greasing the friction points. Working fine now.

Having a similar issue at 600 miles, high pitched turbo noise with clunky shifting. I got a "service vehicle" message and it's been in the shop for 7 days with no root cause or fix yet.

Mine is similar and louder in person, it sounds like hard plastic snapping every time the lock engages. I did some research and could be something around the torsion bar in the tailgate (?). I am having it looked at next week in addition to other issues and will advise back.

Any resolution or fix for this issue? I have a new Gen 3 and mine just developed this after a few days as well.
