A Gen 3 Coyote with a Whipple Gen 5 is good for 700 whp on pump gas. On pump E85 they can go to 900+ whp. Really interested to see what yours puts down.

Here is an F-150 5.0 with stock internals running an 8.95 @ 154 mph... Now show me a fast Ecoboost. I won't bother waiting.

For those of you who still believe the fake news that FordTechOne typically spouts, here is why the passenger car version (the Raptor version) of the Ecoboost can't handle 600+crank horsepower. The reason is that the Ford GT version is a hand built race motor with far more exotic internals...

Fake news. As always. 600 crank is really the upper safe limit. We have seen this since 2017 when Hennessey started putting upgraded turbos on these trucks. They don't do that anymore. Too many bottom end failures...

Turbo upgrades are not a safe upgrade for a Gen 2 with a stock bottom end.

Can't wait to see what this thing can do with a Gen 5 3.8 liter Whipple up top. Also happy to see that Ford remains strongly committed to V8 engines until electric is ready for prime time (and doesn't rely on coal).
